What do I need to file a claim?

We’re here to make claims one less thing to worry about. Having the following documents will help us process your claim as quickly as possible:

  • Your plan or policy document, which you can download in the Account section
  • Receipts for damaged, lost, or stolen items
  • Pictures or videos documenting the scene of the incident
