How do I cancel my plan?

We’re sad to see you go! Are you sure there's nothing we can do differently to help change your mind?

If not, please contact us at to cancel. Let us know what day you'd like your plan to end and we'll help you cancel or update your account. If you're on an annual payment schedule, we can backdate your request by up to 30 days and offer a pro-rated refund. If you're on a monthly payment schedule, we can backdate your request to the date of your last payment and give you a refund of that payment amount.

And if you're moving, you can take your Jetty plan with you! Just send us an email with your new address and the date of your move, and we'll make sure your policy goes with you to your new place.
