I'm moving. What do I do?

Firstly, congratulations on the move! 

We know how stressful moving can be, and we're here to make this easy for you.

All we need is:

  • Your new address
  • Your move-in date
  • Your move-out date (when you're leaving your old place)

Send those three pieces of information to help@jetty.com and we'll create a new, identical plan (unless you'd like to make changes) starting on your move-in date and end your old plan on that date as well (unless you moved out on a different date). We'll also transfer any credit from your old plan to the new one, and send you a copy of the updated plan summary. 

Just a heads up that the cost of your plan may change based on your new location. If you're staying in the same area, it shouldn't change by much (if at all). 

You might consider adding an "additional interest" (aka "interested party"). Some landlords require this, so feel free to check with yours to see if they want to be added. They will be notified if you make changes to or cancel your plan, but they can't make any changes themselves. Of course, your plan is 100% valid without your landlord listed. If you decide you want to add them, all we'll need is their namestreet address, and email address.
