Contest Period: The "Survey Contest" (the "Contest") begins on October 2, 2023 and ends on October 6, 2023 (the "Contest Period").

Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Jetty National, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), and household members of those employees are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter: To enter the Contest, you must complete the survey available at this link during the Contest Period. All entries must be received by October 6, 2023 to be eligible for the Contest.

Prize: Three (3) winners will be selected by a random drawing conducted by Jetty on October 6, 2023. Each winner will receive a $50 gift card. The total prize value is $150. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

Winner Notification: The winners will be notified via email within five (5) days of the drawing. The potential winners must respond to the email notification within seven (7) days of being notified or another winner will be selected. The Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email accounts, technical difficulties, or the winner's failure to adequately monitor their email account.

General Conditions: Jetty National, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Jetty National, Inc.'s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Jetty National, Inc in its sole discretion. Jetty National, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

Release: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Jetty National, Inc. and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the Contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment, (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service, (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest, (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries.
