Our new Vice President of Real Estate Sales, Kevin Murphy, will focus on accelerating new partnerships with some of the country’s largest property managers and capture interest in our products proven to attract qualified tenants and quickly fill units. Patrick is a seasoned B2C and B2B marketing leader with 12 years experience driving digital revenue growth and creating brand awareness for early-stage to enterprise-stage startups. He previously served as Head of Marketing for Autonomous, a B2B and B2C e-commerce entity; Director of Marketing and Merchandising for eponym, a popular global eyewear licensing platform; and Director of Consumer Marketing and Merchandising for Zazzle. His responsibilities included managing go-to-market strategies resulting in exceeding revenue targets by more than 100% and driving traffic growth 200% YoY. Patrick holds a BA in English Creative Writing from Miami University, where he also minored in Anthropology. He's a big fan of misquoting quotes and more recently of sleep (thanks to his newborn, Henry).
Kevin will be responsible for building Jetty’s nationwide real estate team. He possesses more than a decade of real estate sales experience, including nine years at RentPath—most recently as Director of National Accounts, where he facilitated a 50% growth in sales and managed a nationwide team of 10 people. Kevin lives in New Jersey with his wife Tiffany and two-year-old daughter Emily. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a concentration in Communications from Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA where he served two years as the NCAA Men’s Soccer Team Captain.
Kevin’s more than 30 years of global real estate investment and management experience include overseeing investments totaling over $80B in asset value. Currently, Kevin is Founder and Managing Partner of Kingston Hill Partners, a national real estate investment and consulting company. His previous positions include Managing Director at The Blackstone Group's real estate business, where he also served as the Head of Asset Management of the Core Plus investment funds; Managing Director and Global Head of Asset Management at Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners; and Managing Director with GE Capital Real Estate. Kevin began his career in real estate with Andersen Consulting's Real Estate Consulting Group. He holds a B.A. and MBA in Finance from The University of Connecticut.
